Why doesn't the 'Remember me' checkbox work?

If the 'Remember me' checkbox on the Windows App log in screen isn't automatically logging you into the app once its checked, you probably have multiple credentials saved to the device credential manager. 

The best way to fix this issue is:

  • Find the device Credential Manager by searching for it in the 'Ask me anything' search bar.

  • Open Credential Manager.

  • In the Web Passwords list, remove all Bullclip listings by clicking the downward arrow on the right then selecting 'Remove'.
  • Once all Bullclip listings have been removed from the list, go back to the Windows App and log-in with the 'Remember me' checkbox selected. 

You should now have one set of credentials saved and the app should remember you each time you open the app.
